About People Business Solutions, LLc

People Business Solutions, LLC in Chicago provides professional services, tools, and HR support for organizations seeking to improve employee engagement, and culture to create a competitive advantage. Our primary tool, a proprietary software program, uniquely measures the existence of 12 Essential Elements found in High-Performing Organizations - HiPO's. We measure a company's current state from 3 perspectives. This unique approach creates a powerful statistical analysis to uncover the areas in need of attention and improvement. Additionally, we are Certified Administrators of an assessment tool that measures individual and team dynamics critical for organizational success. We assess a leadership team's personal strengths, problem solving style and change readiness. This data, combined with the organizational HiPO data, provides an organization with data that provides their recipe for organizational development, improved employee engagement and a sustainable competitive advantage. Our client base includes companies with fewer than 1,000 employees who need to improve employee engagement and create their own road map to becoming a high-performing organization. Our services include coaching, mentoring, training and consulting, for individuals, teams and organizations. Checkout our website: www.peoplebusinesssolutions.com
