About Peopleconnexion

Peopleconnexion — where 200+ years of combined recruitment excellence meets genuine Pacific expertise. For 18+ years, we have been the talent partner organisations across Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific turn to when people decisions truly matter. We are not a volume agency. We are a team of world-class specialist consultants who understand both the science of great recruitment and the cultural nuances that determine whether a placement truly succeeds — especially in the complex, community-driven markets of PNG and the Pacific. Our consultants have operated at the highest levels of talent acquisition globally. They know what exceptional looks like — because they have consistently delivered it across industries, in some of the world's most demanding operating environments. What makes us different is not just what we know — it is where we are. Peopleconnexion in Port Moresby is a fully operating practice with a recruitment license, embedded in the community and trusted by the organisations driving PNG's most significant industries. This gives our clients something no remote agency can offer: genuine on-the-ground intelligence, real local networks, and the cultural understanding that separates a great placement from an expensive mistake. We recruit locally and globally. From PNG nationals stepping into leadership roles to expat professionals sourced from across Australia, Africa, New Zealand, the UK, Europe and beyond — we know how to find the right person, prepare them properly, and support both sides of the relationship until the outcome is secure.
