PeopleHQ (Australia) is a people change consultancy that helps self-directed leaders solve complex people challenges fuelled by people insights that lead to meaningful change. We operate across leadership, governance, strategy implementation, human resources, learning and development and communication. We specialise in behavioural strategy and the human dimension of change management, combining applied psychology, social cognitive neuroscience, behavioural economics and human-centred design. We use evidence-based systems and models in partnership with a team of psychologists, psychiatrists, neuroscientists, behavioural economists, human resource professionals and educators who integrate more than a dozen fields of study and over 50 different frameworks that provide simplicity to the complexity of human behaviour. Headquartered in Cairns, Far North Queensland, our work spans Dubai, New Zealand, Italy, Ireland, England, Indonesia, Singapore and five states of Australia – Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and New South Wales.
