Peoples Bank Commercial Loan Advisors, Inc. (PBCLA) provides commercial real estate lending expertise. PBCLA can help determine which type of commercial mortgage loan is right for you. These loans are secured by existing multi-family, manufactured housing communities, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, self-storage properties, senior housing and hotels. The properties can be leased or owner-occupied. Traditionally, the properties should be stabilized, but PBCLA has experts who can help even when property cash flows are not stabilized. PBCLA has access to loan programs that include non-recourse commercial loans from $1 million to $100 million, as well as US Small Business Administration and USDA Business and Industry Loan Programs.
