Protecting over 200,000 employees, our customer base includes more than 100 NHS trusts, 150 local authorities, 200 housing associations and hundreds of commercial organisations in sectors including utilities, facilities management, distribution and care. With over 20 years experience, our state-of-the-art technology, pioneering systems and innovative products have helped to shape the lone working and employee safety industries. Our service structure sets us apart in the market. Having our whole team under one roof improves communication and ensures we provide a quicker, more reliable response to customers when it’s needed most. We have complete ownership of our end-to-end service offering, including the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and all the systems that drive it, allowing us to scale significantly to meet projected market growth. We have zero dependencies on third parties and own all end-to-end elements of our service offering; therefore, all software updates, as well as product and service improvements, are implemented quickly and without disruption using our in-house resources. All these things lead to a quicker, more reliable response and unrivaled expertise; ultimately getting the right help to our customers, when they need it most.
