Peppered Peach Cuisine is the brainchild of Bongani Kubheka, who has been in the industry for over 10 years. From his humble beginnings of operating from the kitchen in his home, Bongani has come full circle in realising his dream of operating a fully commercial catering kitchen. Bongani’s love of good, quality food, his expert knowledge of the catering industry, together with his capable team of chefs, enable Peppered Peach Cuisine to produce creative, innovative and delicious cuisine. Launched in 2009, Peppered Peach Cuisine has a B-BBEE Level 1 (135%) procurement recognition level. We are fully compliant with the industry requirements and have a strong footprint in the hospitality industry.
