The result is a persistent signal failure. Workers who can't be trusted because they can't be verified. Businesses that can't access capital because their workforce value can't be measured. A missing middle that stays missing because the trust infrastructure to bridge it doesn't yet exist. PerAnkh is building that infrastructure.
