About Perception Farms

Perception Farms is a vertically integrated cannabis holding company based in Chicago, Illinois. Our flagship is Perception Cannabis, a licensed adult-use dispensary at 7000 N Clark Street in Rogers Park, Chicago — open and serving customers since 2024. It is the core operating asset of the company and the success story we build everything else on top of. Cultivation runs under Perception Gardens. We are expanding into Minnesota's newly legal adult-use market with an indoor cultivation facility in Winona and a retail dispensary on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. Our team runs the Perception Cannabis retail floor every day — and also builds the software we use to run it. Joynt, our sister company, is the operating system for independent cannabis retail, built from the Perception Cannabis store outward. What works on the Chicago floor ships to every dispensary running Joynt, and what we learn from Joynt customers comes back to Perception. Based at 7000 N Clark Street, Chicago. Founded 2019.
