About Perch Plans

Perch Plans is a boutique shopping experience that makes designer house plans accessible and affordable. We bridge the gap between generic online floor plans and elusive custom designs by providing fresh, intentional designs tailored for our clients’ individual needs. Our goal is to create a better way to buy house plans, and to make the journey as approachable, simple and enjoyable as possible!
