Percival is at the forefront of innovation in vulnerability analysis and research, system emulation, software engineering, reverse engineering, embedded development, operational technologies (critical infrastructure) and cybersecurity solutions. ABOUT US Percival is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that was founded in 2016 by Sam Ely, a U.S. Air Force Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In addition to building the team with a people first focus, the company is also defined by a spirit of resilience and perseverance. Embracing top talent, innovation, and perseverance, Percival provides complete solutions to our customers – from concept to execution as well as ongoing maintenance. We believe that dedicating time early in the process to fully understand our customer’s needs is time well invested, and paramount to the future success of each project.
