Perfect Balance Investments, is a group of experienced investors, businessmen, lawyers, &financial advisers that look to invest in & actively help businesses scale & exit - like the Shark Tank meets the Profit. We are very collaborative w/ other angel/ investment groups to help companies scale. Once we invest we prefer to take an active role to introduce companies to strategic resources to improve the business, grow the revenues, intros the to future investors & advise the companies. We are very collaborative with other angel/investment groups to help raise additional money as needed. Once we invest we prefer to take an active role to help introduce companies to strategic resources to improve the business, grow the revenues, introduce the companies to future investors and advise the companies. We look for companies that have found a problem that needs to be solved and they have proven they are solving that problem better than others. We also prefer post-revenue companies that have accomplished some growth with decent traction and retention and need help with more capital and advice to scale efficiently. We prefer more technology based companies that don’t rely on only a few clients and/or have to carry large inventories or receivables. We look for companies that are willing to sell a portion of their company for cash while being tied to the benefit of having an agreement with a single future financing partner and strategic advisers to help the company scale, grow, and exit for a mutually beneficial exit.
