About PERFECTION LIMITED

PERFECTION Limited is a specialised supply chain consultancy, dedicated to improving company’s S&OP / IBP processes so that they enhance customer service performance, reduce inventory, improve cashflow management, and preserve or increase profitability. We focus all engagements on understanding the requirements of the client, then working collaboratively with them to provide sustainable and substantial improvements. Recent activities include:- • Developed and harnessed S&OP maturity assessments to identify targeted areas for improvement across multiple clients over all global geographies. Using these insights to drive specific development plans for the organisations in demand forecasting and supply chain optimisation. • Implemented sales forecast modelling toolkits to assist statistical generation of demand forecasts and working with the client to focus more on forecast value-add principles to improve accuracy. • Performed logistics network optimisation analyses at a country and regional level to improve delivery response time to customer from 48 to 24 hours as standard, or decreasing overall inventory holding by 17%, based on the requirement of the business. We are a team of highly skilled associates who are strategic in thinking, but fully experienced in delivering, meaning we are fully capable to cover all dimensions of project delivery from concept generation to execution. We are passionate about supply chain, and deliver real added value, but ensuring it is done in a sustainable way to support future capability growth.
