About Perinatal Access

20% of pregnant women are at high-risk, yet there is a shortage of Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Specialists in the United States. In fact, 24.5 million reproductive age women in the U.S. live in a county without a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist and 1.3 million reside more than 60 miles from a level 3 center. Perinatal Access aims to provide care for these women and their unborn babies via virtual health that is both convenient and cost effective for patients, providers and insurers.
