About Persea

The tumor microenvironment (TME) is a barrier that prevents conventional drugs from reaching the core of solid tumor. Persea is a biotech company developing a next-generation treatment that revolutionizes the fight against solid tumors by bypassing the tumor microenvironment barrier. Our drug candidate combines three therapeutic effects: targeting the tumor microenvironment, tumor destruction via a neighborhood (bystander) effect, and prevention of recurrence through activation of the immune response. Complete in vivo proof-of-concept results are available. Persea is one of the innovative projects selected and supported by the Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster, whose mission is to accelerate the development of innovation in oncology.
