About Persevus

Persevus is a strategic recruiting firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. At least, that’s what Dunn & Bradstreet will tell you. And, technically, they are correct. In reality, we are unlike any recruiting firm you have ever had the (dis)pleasure of working with. We are not a resume clearinghouse, churning and burning through candidates hoping one catches your eye. No. We go deep, interviewing you to unearth your true personnel needs before we ever start scouting for a role. Then, when we find apparently suitable candidates, we put them through multi-step interview process to make sure they who we think they are. If they pass muster, we pass them them along to you. Already vetted. Already sold on your company. Already ready to rock.
