It is here where our consultants have a creative space to collaborate their thoughts if they chose. For our consultants not on the west coast we have small accountably groups that take place bi-monthly to inspire one another. We also have full team monthly meeting where management shares updates on the industry's latest. We have a strong relationship with Ensemble travel and highly encourage our agents to stay fresh on industry trends and attend annual conferences. As leaders in an ever changing industry with innovative ideas and practices we stay current with constant training. Personal Travel Management is community of travel professionals. With over 27 years in the industry and a 98% retention rate, team members joke that the only way one leaves PTM is by either dying or retiring.
