About Personality Guy

We boost organizations’ hype, energy, and morale — increasing productivity and motivation from the inside out. Our work focuses on helping people understand their personal psychology so they can perform at higher levels. By removing mental roadblocks and teaching self-identity through social psychology and personality-type frameworks, we empower individuals to grow personally and professionally. Founder, Eric Osmond, has over a decade of experience in direct sales, personal training, and a degree in communications. Obsessed with motivation he teaches teams and individuals to create more effect sales and working environments by understanding identity, communication styles, and relationships through personality dynamics. The better you know yourself, the better you can communicate.
