PFDA-Vocational Training Centre (PFDA-VTC) is a registered social welfare organization. The Centre is a dedicated service center that provides learning opportunities and promotes methods to empower young and adult persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndromes, Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental disorders (PwNDDs) so that they can utilize their competence and realize their potential and be part of mainstream society.
