About PhantaField

PhantaField is a deep-tech semiconductor company pioneering 2D transition-metal dichalcogenide (TMD) technology for next-generation computing. We build low-temperature PP-MOCVD platforms and monolithic 3D embedded memory architectures that unlock performance scaling beyond the limits of silicon. Our mission is to redefine the semiconductor stack—from atomic-scale materials design to system-level integration—and to enable the future of AI, XR, and high-performance computing. What We Do 🚀 World’s First 12-inch PP-MOCVD Platform for 2D TMDs PhantaField develops production-grade plasma- and photon-enhanced MOCVD systems capable of growing wafer-scale 2D TMD films at CMOS-compatible temperatures (<450°C). Our platform enables: • Ultra-uniform monolayers on 300 mm wafers • BEOL-compatible processing for logic–memory monolithic stacking • High-mobility MoS₂, WS₂, WSe₂, and engineered heterostructures • Industrial-ready throughput and reliability 🧠 Monolithic 3D Memory for AI Chips Built on our 2D TMD devices, PhantaField designs embedded DRAM/SRAM IP with 3000 TB/s+ bandwidth, enabling: • In-stack memory for AI accelerators • 100× faster compute density than HBM • Dramatically reduced energy per bit
