Pharma New Talent jobs and careers

About Pharma New Talent

We are your talent acquisition partners in pharma. Pharma New Talent helps bringing together the best professionals in the industry with the right company. We seek new pharma talent, anytime, anywhere. Some candidates might be actively looking for new job opportunities, some might not. We look at both groups: active and passive candidates to make sure we make the perfect match. AI has reshaped all the workforce across the globe. Academic and career background recruiting style has shifted to skills based hiring. It is not anymore that important what have you studied or which companies have you been working in the past, rather than how prepared will you be for an increasingly VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous). At PNT we are well aware of all these drivers of change, and we are really enthusiastic about supporting pharma professionals transitioning to dream jobs, while helping companies achieve their best possible perfomance. At PNT we firmly believe that talent identifies talent, that is why all our final candidates are interviewed by pharmaceutical industry professionals working in similar roles. We know that entering a new enterprise can be challenging, that is why we provide additional support to new talent during their first 6 months at the company, ensuring a better performance and a lower turnover rate.
