About PHI Decks

At PHI Decks, we ensure our customers' satisfaction with personal attention, from the first phone call to the final inspection. As experienced partners who are passionate about construction, our owners (Tim Brown and Brian Filkins) handle every detail of the job. There's no dealing with salespeople or middlemen: we are the laborers, customer service department, and quality controllers. We stay extremely up-to-date in the industry and ensure that you receive the newest and best materials, methods, and designs. Our projects span all types of new construction and renovation, and we serve the entire metro area.
