Founded in 2005, Phi Management is a niche management consulting firm that specialises in leadership assessment and development, with a focus on human capability. At Phi Management, we excel in three main practices: Leadership Assessment, Leadership Development, and Organisational Transformation. From designing and delivering leadership accelerator programmes to administering leadership assessment centres using a multi-assessment approach, we ensure our solutions are comprehensive, data-driven, and aligned with the performance criteria of our clients. Relying on behavioural science, our range of tailored assessment instruments, psychometric tests, and Phi’s own 360 Quest survey platform complement our suite of assessment tools. Our leadership learning programmes are supported by a variety of digital methodologies to meet the needs of an emerging Gen Z workforce. These include gamification, simulation, and experiential learning, with opportunities for our clients to explore the Metaverse and AR/VR.
