Philanthropic Foundations Canada is a national network of grantmakers, which focuses on capacity-building, collaboration, public policy and research with the mission to strengthen the philanthropic sector in Canada – in all of its diversity and in its pursuit of a just, equitable, and sustainable world. Our members are public and private foundations, charities, corporate giving programs, Donor Advised Fund holders, and nonprofits whose primary functions and activities are grantmaking. Working towards more impactful philanthropy in Canada, PFC brings grantmakers together to connect, learn, and bring about solutions that advance the common good.
