Phiren Amenca – Empowering Roma Youth across Europe At Phiren Amenca, we are committed to challenging stereotypes, antigypsyism, and racism through non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, and active youth engagement. Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for both Roma and non-Roma youth to engage in voluntary service, build bridges, and foster solidarity across communities. Vision We envision a strong Roma youth civil society that actively shapes social change—where Roma youth activism is recognized, supported, and celebrated across Europe. Our Network Phiren Amenca brings together youth voluntary service organizations from Central, Eastern, and Western Europe, as well as North America. Our members include Roma, non-Roma, and faith-based communities working toward a shared goal: building mutual understanding, leadership capacity, and inclusive civic participation.
