PHM Technology develops a number of advanced engineering software platforms. The Maintenance Aware Design environment platform or MADE - is a software platform that provides the engineering analysis capabilities required for decision optimization of the design and sustainment of safety & mission critical systems. Syndrome Diagnostics or SD is the worlds first causation-based fault detection and isolation (FDI) tool. MADE is a disruptive technology that offers significant process & technical improvements. Implementation can be achieved with qualitative & quantitative cost/risk mitigation benefits for users at each stage of the product life-cycle. MADE consolidates several different engineering applications onto a common system model that is set to become the industry standard for complex critical systems. MADE can be used for both new and legacy systems and platforms. Current standard practice in industry is to use simple spreadsheets to generate, capture and perform the analysis - MADE offers a cost efficient, integrated application that is structured to provide systemic risk mitigation for complex projects. Target MADE users are in industries where the financial risks of system reliability and availability are significant and increasingly borne by the Prime System Integrator (automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, marine, oil & gas, power, etc.) .
