About Phoenix Care and Education Limited

We are hiring! We are a care and education company that offers placements in residential children's homes to Local Authorities all over the country. We care for young people in need who are not usually mainstream educated and need the support of carers. Ensuring that the children and young people have a stable and nurturing environment is at the heart of everything we do. We value and nurture each child and young person as individuals, respecting them and believing in their potential. We have high, yet realistic aspirations for the children and young people in our care. We encourage and empower them to reach their full potential in every aspect of their lives. We provide a high quality, individualised and holistic package of care to children and young people who, due to the circumstances and experiences in their lives, have led to living in a residential home.
