Phoenix Health Care Group is a sexual and reproductive health clinic that Kgaladi Mphahlele and Resego Mphahlele founded in March 2020. To ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights for all women and men living in South Africa. Sexual and Reproductive health plays a major role in any relationship, topics such as infertility, low sexual drive, unplanned pregnancy, and untreated sexually transmitted diseases are hardly discussed among couples. Regardless of gender experiences, these problems may lead to unhappiness, insomnia, social stigmatization, and loss of privacy of sexual life. As stated in Sustainable Development Goal 5; Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous, and sustainable world. Phoenix Health Care follows the WHO conceptual framework on self-care interventions a framework that recognizes that a supportive and safe enabling environment is essential in the health care system. •People-centred approaches: Meaningful engagement of women and men boys to ensure access to services to advance their health, and to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health and rights. •Quality health systems: Self-care interventions cannot be implemented without a strong referral system to health specialists, even where the health system may be weak, this link remains important to provide quality health care. •Promoting a safe and supportive enabling environment: Implementing comprehensive and integrated sexual and reproductive health rights to meet the health needs and rights of women and men requires overcoming barriers at the individual, interpersonal, community, and societal levels to service uptake and use and continued engagement. •Promoting behaviour-change communication: The ability of people to achieve sexual and reproductive health and rights and well-being depends, among other things, on their access to comprehensive information.
