Phoenix handles our clients’ entire third-party damage cost recovery process in-house by investigating the damage, determining the responsible party, assessing the repair costs and processing invoicing, pursuing recovery from the responsible party, remitting payment to our client, and, as needed, managing arbitration, small claims, or litigation.
