Phoenix Technical Publications has provided complete writing, documentation, graphics, and content development services in the Silicon Valley for over 25 years. We've done it all: operation and maintenance manuals, white papers, marketing collateral, advertising material, and media-rich training guides. As technical documentation moves to a web-based model, we’re using our skills and experience to support multiple document integration architectures. The web-based documentation we create is now easily searchable, widely collaborative, and immediately available. Our staff routinely uses XML and Java™, DITA and DocBook, Drupal™ and WordPress, and numerous other content management systems and bug-tracker and trackback mechanisms. Our DITA expertise includes the use of XSLT to create custom print and web output. Phoenix Technical Publications developers are skilled at explaining difficult technical material in a concise, readable form. All have technical backgrounds, and many have technical degrees from major universities.
