The main goal of the foundation is to increse the quality of management study in Europe. First graduates acquired their MBA degrees in 1995. Further graduations followed in the years 1996 and 1998. One of the key factors of a successful business activity is the quality of management. When hiring new managers a growing number of companies, especially on the international level, consider whether they have an MBA degree. MBA study programs and courses have to be of a universal character in order to provide education for top managers in any business sphere. Thanks to this, the graduates are valued high on the labor market. The MBA study in our country is regarded as a postgraduate form of study which is part of life-long education. This is to be reflected in the content, duration, professional orientation and pedagogical quality of the study.
