About Pictoplasma

Pictoplasma is a curatorial organization investigating the art and impact of adventurous figurative representation across creative genres and global cultures. We push forward character-driven visuals and story-telling that shape the way we understand and interact with our world – inside and out. Founded 1999 in Berlin, Pictoplasma connects pioneering creatives and industries across illustration, animation, arts, design, gaming and emerging media for meaningful professional exchange and collaboration. Its international conferences, educational programmes, best-selling publications, exhibitions and global community network provide the platforms where these relationships grow.
