About Picture This

As you might guess from the name, Picture This began as an idea; a what-if that became a belief, and ultimately grew into a full-on commitment to doing residential development differently in our own way. Guided by strong values and working towards B Corp certification, we’re all about building responsibly to give people of all ages the opportunity to live well. Picture This want people to find that by living in a thoughtfully created space, they support the things that matter – our environment, wellbeing, supporting local communities and economies, inclusion, permanence.
