Piece of Nutrition - founded by Libby Moser, MS, RDN, LDN - is a group practice located in Chicago, IL. They are on a mission to support their client's health through 1:1 counseling sessions by meeting the client where they are at and providing nutrition education through a therapeutic approach. How would you define the word health? In today’s society, there are a variety of definitions depending on whom you speak with. Health does not encompass just one thing—that’s right, health is not just based on nutrition. Piece of Nutrition practices from a comprehensive approach that involves Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, physical and mental health, weight inclusive care, mindful eating, and so much more.
