About Piece to Peace Counselling

Piece to Peace Counselling is a private counselling and therapy service located in Peterborough in Cambridgeshire. My name is Laura Keane and I am a Humanistic and Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor. In basic terms, this means I have trained in several different types of counselling and have a variety of tools and techniques that I can use to help each individual, according to their specific requirements. At Piece to Peace Counselling, I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, supportive environment where you can explore the issues that might be causing you pain, uncertainty or concern. My aim is to listen to you in an empathic way so you feel heard and understood and help you to make sense of your feelings and emotions. My work with you will involve exploring how you can empower yourself, or what might be getting in the way and holding you back. I will also help you to understand what you are experiencing by asking appropriate (sometimes challenging) questions, support you in making positive changes in your life and assist you to increase your general sense of well-being and happiness.
