About Piko Plant B.V.

Piko Plant is a passionate Phalaenopsis grower, renowned for its exclusive and chic Bohemian Orchids®. At our modern nursery in Nootdorp (near The Hague), we have been cultivating the most beautiful orchids for the high-end segment for over thirty years, with great love and dedication. In 2018 we proudly launched Piko Breeding, our breeding division. Here we create our own unique and exceptional types of phalaenopsis that are acclaimed worldwide for their extraordinary quality and special characteristics: an extra large flower size combined with a short branch length and extravagant colours. At our nursery, we use state-of-the-art techniques and insights. Many processes have been automated, but every plant is still examined by the human eye as well as a camera eye. After all, our experienced employees are unrivalled in knowing what is best for our orchids. It requires a lot of knowledge and expertise. It is no coincidence that this is also one of our core values. Our passion and our abundant imagination are among our other key qualities. This is the foundation from which we innovate and develop. Finally, we always let ourselves be guided by quality. We have guaranteed quality for over thirty years and we do not make any concessions. Thanks to our extensive testing and strict selection, only the best and strongest plants remain and are considered good enough to be included in our exclusive collection. This is how we allow consumers worldwide to enjoy our orchids even longer. Let us inspire you!
