About Pilates Teacher Association Ltd

Pilates Teacher Association is a UK based Global organisation supporting and promoting the practice of Comprehensive Pilates teaching and those on the pathway to becoming a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher. Pilates is a physical activity using distinct apparatus and exercises close to those created by Joseph Pilates (1883-1967) https://www.pilatesteacherassociation.org/history. Our members drive the association and seek to provide evidence based information on the Pilates method of exercise. We are the only independent body in the UK representing the Pilates community.
