Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation (PMMRAC) is a 100% privately owned, not for profit, Western Australian Aboriginal organisation based in Port Hedland in the Pilbara Region that commenced operations in 1994. PMMRAC is driven by a Board of seven Aboriginal members from the Pilbara region, in accordance with the PMMRAC Rule Book. PMMRAC has grown over the years into an acknowledged professional and quality organisation, which delivers value added services around property management, environmental health, municipal services and the provision and maintenance of essential services i.e. power, water and wastewater to 29 Aboriginal communities across a staggering 600,000km2 in the Pilbara, Gascoyne and Mid-West regions.
