Pinewell Capital is a Scottsdale-based private equity investment firm focused on investments in smaller, lower middle market companies. We buy and build niche businesses that fall outside the investment parameters of many professional investors due to their smaller size or atypical situation. Our transactions provide liquidity for owners, capital for growth and acquisition and a path to significant equity appreciation for management. Pinewell Capital invested in, owns and operates multiple companies in various industries. Its Principals, Yuta and Ziv, sit on the Boards of numerous funds and companies. Collectively Pinewell's Principals managed acquisitions of various sizes ranging from <$10mil to $1bil+ in enterprise value.
