Pingree Northwest is a full- service commercial real estate asset management company that assists in all facets of property management, leasing, bookkeeping, project management of tenant and capital improvements, building redevelopment and repositioning. Today Pingree Northwest manages 35 properties and parcels across Portland and Beaverton. We specialize in urban infill redevelopment and management of historic, architecturally significant, and innovative high performance buildings. Common to each property are clients who are invested, passionate and engaged in their real estate.
