As Northern NH's first competency-based, AI-enhanced public school, Pinnacle blends human-centered teaching with modern technology to give every student a personalized path to mastery. Our innovative model uses AI as a supportive and enrichment tool which helps our teachers and students continuously improve each Individual Learning Plan (ILP). Our AI tools allow us to: 1. Identify and promote positive, strength-based learning styles. Our goal is to use technology to identify each student’s strengths and aptitudes and enrich their ILP and education by promoting and building on those strengths. 2. Identify early signs of academic struggle, boredom, or disengagement; tracking growth and learning habits; and strengthening each student’s ILP. When the system notices a shift - sudden grade drops, declining homework time, or reduced progress toward competencies - teachers are alerted early, well before issues become barriers. Students receive the right support at the right time, and their ILPs adapt with them. Continuous ILP improvement is a hallmark of our education style.
