Based in private woodlands on the South London / Surrey border, we deliver professionally facilitated bushcraft, foraging and countryside craft experiences that translate directly into stronger leadership, clearer communication and deeper team cohesion. Our corporate clients choose us when they want more than a typical away day. Through hands-on, experiential learning, fire lighting and shelter building to foraging and traditional crafts, participants step outside their usual roles and into situations that require collaboration, problem-solving and adaptability. Alongside our organisational work, we run public courses designed to help people reconnect with the natural world in a practical, grounded, skills first way. Every experience is rooted in safety, professionalism and genuine expertise. Founded in 2018 by Lizzy Maskey, Pippin & Gile has worked with organisations including Casio, Salomon, Go Outdoors and Visit Colorado. Lizzy was recognised in 2026 as one of the UK’s top female founders through the #iAlso100 and Pippin & Gile gained the Green Growth 100 Award from Small Business Britain. We don’t run boot camps.
