About PK Realty Management LLC

We invest in our community by breathing life into historic properties. We are a local asset and property management company dedicated to fostering enduring relationships through long-term holdings. Guided by principles of economic sustainability, renewal, restoration, and a deep respect for history, we seamlessly integrate the natural world into our built environments. Our transparent and interactive communication, coupled with adaptability and a view of constraints as opportunities, ensures our commitment to living by reputation and focusing on our goals. Aligned with partners who share our values, we strive to create a sustainable and harmonious future. Yard South is the next evolution of the former Liberty Shipyard, located on Casco Bay. Our One Planet Living sustainable community is home to a wide range of uses. Supported by bus and water transit, the green belt and trails, it embraces the 15-minute neighborhood concept, ensuring residents have everything they need within a short walk or bike ride. We believe in more than just building homes; we're cultivating connections, where neighbors become friends, and local businesses are the heartbeat of our shared experience. With climate resilience at its core, Yard South isn't just a place to live; it's a blueprint for a thriving and sustainable, coastal community.
