About Plan A Advisors

Plan A Advisors is a management consulting firm for nonprofits and philanthropies. We facilitate strategic and business planning, mergers, governance work, and fundraising campaigns. We work with organizations and institutions to develop real world and often creative solutions to their challenges. We take on projects that have strong fundamentals (e.g. excellent program) with nonprofits in which the professional and voluntary leadership is open to change.
