About Plank7 Investment Partners GmbH

Plank7 Investment Partners (P7IP) is a real estate investment and asset management firm focusing on essential, grocery-anchored properties across Europe. P7IP acts as both co-investor and investment manager, partnering with institutional capital to build resilient, performance-driven portfolios. Our initial focus lies on the German market, investing in supermarkets, hypermarkets, discount supermarkets, and local supply centres – with selective expansion into other European countries. By leveraging data analytics and machine learning, we strive to make smarter, more informed investment decisions and gain clearer insights into asset management potential. To achieve this, we combine deep sector expertise with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to create long-term value. This includes co-investing alongside strategic partners to align interests and drive performance. Founded by Sascha Wilhelm and Stefan Hohmann and joined by Marco Lüder (Head of Asset Management & ESG), P7IP brings together a team with a proven track record in essential real estate investments worth several billion euros.
