Plantega is making better food part of everyday life by strengthening the food infrastructure that already feeds New York. We work within the trusted spaces people already rely on: corner stores / bodegas, neighborhood delis, making better food part of daily life through familiar menus and real choices. Our 100 percent plant-based menu reimagines New York’s iconic deli sandwiches and more. Today, Plantega is available in over 50 bodegas across all five boroughs and through major delivery apps citywide. Our model expands access to better food, supports small businesses, and keeps ownership local. We make sustainable food familiar, accessible, and part of everyday routines. Because building a better food system isn’t just about what we produce. It’s about where food shows up, how it fits into daily life, and who benefits.
