AEC was founded by Richard E. Hoverter, and later handed down to his son, Richard (Dick) L. Hoverter, a talented engineer, who continues to offer his expertise and innovative spirit today. AEC is located in Tumwater, Washington and focuses on providing small diameter downstream equipment as a valued division of PEM LLC. Plastics Extrusion Machinery LLC, commonly known as PEM, has many years of experience as an industry-leading provider of innovative downstream equipment to the PVC pipe and custom profile industries.
