About Plateco Inc.

Plateco is the ultimate zinc plating company. Many manufacturers assume that plating steel parts is a simple process, and that all platers are essentially the same. Nothing could be further from the truth, as Plateco customers well know. While some platers too often fall short of their customers’ quality and timing targets, the Plateco team is composed of perfectionists who go to unprecedented lengths to consistently deliver truly exceptional corrosion- and fracture-resistant plating on a timely and cost-effective basis. Have you ever seen a zinc plating company reveal its product return rate at the top of its website? If not, there's probably a good reason. Plateco does: Its return rate for 2024 was 0.18%, which is pretty close to perfection. Yet Plateco won't be satisfied until that rate is zero. Plateco's return rate is so much lower than its competitors because no zincplating company incorporates nearly as much upfront engineering, rigorous cleaning and plating stages, innovative proprietary technologies, and meticulous quality monitoring as Plateco. And no zinc plating company possesses the knowledge, talent and passion for perfection of the Plateco team. The result is a truly one-of-a-kind plating company that delivers unmatched reliability in every conceivable way. Plateco also delivers exceptional value, as its customers don't have to absorb the hidden costs of having to re-plate and re-ship poorly plated parts, incurring penalties for late deliveries, or losing their customers due to too many poorly-plated or late parts. What's more, customers who let Plateco Transfer pick up and deliver their parts pay shipping rates that are roughly half of what commercial carriers charge, and their plated parts are delivered within five business days of when they're picked up. It's no wonder Products Finishing magazine has named Plateco one of the country's "Top Shops" for five consecutive years. Plateco: Pursuing plating perfection.
