About Platform Properties Ltd.

Our name says it all — the word “plat” means plot of land, and “form” stands for the innovative manner in which we shape it. Plat:form also represents a meeting place for creative minds, and the coming together of a team. Plat:form began in 2002, originally as KMS Developments. Working with the Townline Group of Companies, KMS was involved in the creation of numerous high-profile developments in the Lower Mainland (among these: Ikea Coquitlam, Thunderbird Creek and Queensborough Landing). In 2010, KMS expanded, reborn as Plat:form. In the tradition of KMS, Plat:form continues to build on opportunities and relationships, with a deft approach to the ever-evolving business of property development.
