About Playformance.gg

Playformance is building the professional infrastructure of esports. Today, competitive gaming is a multi-billion-dollar industry, yet careers are still managed through fragmented tools, unverifiable statistics, and informal recruitment. Players struggle to prove their performance, coaches lack transparent credibility systems, and teams rely on manual scouting and incomplete data. Playformance solves this by creating the LinkedIn for esports, a unified platform where players, coaches, teams, and organizers connect through verified performance intelligence, structured career pathways, and secure professional transactions. At the core of the platform is a proprietary video-first AI engine, powered by custom models trained specifically for competitive gameplay. By analyzing match footage frame-by-frame, Playformance evaluates key performance parameters such as decision-making, positioning, timing, consistency, and pressure handling, generating insights that go far beyond traditional match statistics. This enables a tamper-resistant performance verification layer, creating trusted player profiles, objective benchmarking, and a transparent foundation for scouting, coaching, and contracts. Through standardized scoring systems, professional progression frameworks, and an integrated marketplace, Playformance transforms esports from a fragmented ecosystem into a structured professional environment where talent can be discovered, developed, and rewarded. Our vision is simple: Become the global infrastructure layer for esports careers — where identity, improvement, recruitment, and opportunity converge.
