About PLC Contracting LLC

We deliver marine infrastructure and coastal protection designed to stand the test of time—serving both our clients and the communities that rely on our work. From breakwaters to complex marine works, our focus remains clear: delivering marine works to be proud of. Our expertise covers coastal protection (breakwaters and revetments), marine infrastructure (quay walls, marinas, and boat ramps), marine pipelines (seawater intakes, outfalls, and protection systems), as well as artificial reefs, beach construction, and marine piling. Each project is approached with a practical understanding of site conditions and long-term performance. With decades of experience and a dedicated team, we deliver tailored solutions grounded in safety, quality, and efficiency. Our strength lies in adapting to each project’s unique challenges while maintaining consistent, reliable delivery. Our values—Care, Integrity, Accountability, and Captivating—guide how we work. Behind every project is a team committed to delivering results that last. At PLC, we don’t just build marine infrastructure. We build trust. We build long-term partnerships. And we contribute to shaping coastlines for the future.
